The SMITE Summer Finals are over, and NRG Esports have been crowned the Summer Split champions. Now it’s time to start looking forward to the final phase of Season 5 — the SPL Fall Split! While most things are staying the same as we head into the penultimate split of the SMITE Pro league, there are a few key changes to our broadcast schedule that you’ll want to be aware of.

SMITE Pro League Fall Split Format


The SPL will follow the same format for the Fall Split that we used during the Summer. From August 28 – October 5, the format will run as follows:

  • 6 weeks of online play
  • Double round robin format
  • Best-of-three (Bo3) matches


SMITE Pro League Fall Split Broadcast Schedule

Dates: August 28 – October 5


Although the format will be the same, we’re making some slight changes to our SPL broadcast schedule for the Fall Split. We will now be broadcasting 3 SPL matches on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, then 2 SPL matches on Thursdays and Fridays.

Here’s a full rundown of the new schedule:

  • Tuesdays (1:00 PM ET) — EU SPL (3 matches)
  • Wednesdays (1:00 PM ET) — NA SPL (3 matches)
  • Thursdays (3:00 PM ET) — EU SPL (2 matches)
  • Fridays (3:00 PM ET) — NA SPL (2 matches)
    • Note: On Fridays when Patch Notes show goes live at 3:00 PM ET, the SPL matches for that day will begin immediately after at 4:00 PM ET. 

All SPL matches will be broadcast exclusively on the official SmiteGame Mixer channel.


Fall Split FAQ


What teams are playing in the Fall Split?

The 12 teams who participated in the Summer Split will be continuing into the Fall Split. The 6 SPL teams for each region are:

NA: eUnited, Spacestation Gaming, Splyce, Trifecta, Luminosity Gaming, Counter Logic Gaming

EU: Team Rival, Team Dignitas, NRG Esports, Obey Alliance, SK Gaming, mousesports

When are rosters due for the Fall Split? 

Rosters will be locked in by August 21, and we will release all roster change info after that time.

How will teams qualify for the SMITE World Championships at DreamHack Atlanta?

Full qualifier information for the SMITE World Championships will be made available later in the Fall Split. Stay tuned!
